For all international customers, orders below $X, have a $X flat rate shipping fee. Orders above $300, have a $X flat rate shipping fee.

Please allow for up to X business day for your order to be processed. You will receive an email notification associated with your order with tracking information once your order has shipped. Most domestic orders are delivered within 3-5 business days.
Returns
Returns will be accepted but shipping must be covered by the customer and each rug will have a 5% restocking fee. If you have purchased a rug that you are truly unsatisfied with, please contact us directly so we can discuss any potential options.
