Free Shipping on All Domestic Orders
We’re happy to ship worldwide! All international orders are shipped via FedEx at cost. Once your order is packed and ready to go, we’ll calculate the exact shipping charges and send you a separate invoice for the shipping fee. Your order will be dispatched as soon as the shipping payment is received.
Please note: Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Please allow for up to 2-3 business day for your order to be processed. You will receive an email notification associated with your order with tracking information once your order has shipped. Most domestic orders are delivered within 3-5 business days.
Returns
Returns will be accepted but shipping must be covered by the customer and each rug will have a 15% restocking fee. If you have purchased a rug that you are truly unsatisfied with, please contact us directly so we can discuss any potential options. Aladdin Rugs strives to insure you are happy with your purchase.
